Millerton Women’s Outreach, a ministry of Millerton Wesleyan Church

 It is our goal in our women’s ministry to provide a place for women to grow, learn from each other, encourage and motivate one another and most of all feel loved. We strive to help women to grow into a loving and knowledgeable relationship with God through His word.

Our ministry is based on what Jesus told his followers in Matthew chapter 22:37-39: “You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Our purpose is to reach out to all women; in our church, our community, regionally, and internationally - through monthly fellowship gatherings at the church and Bible studies. There are also special events throughout the year at our church and in the community with a focus on fellowship and serving the needs of others, as well as different missionary projects like Samaritans Purse Shoeboxes at Christmas.
